Terms and Conditions

1 - General:

These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made in Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands by Juan Antonio Gómez Bautista, with C.I.F. Number 10056324B, hereinafter Steel72 SCP, intended for natural persons.

Any request made to Steel72 SCP necessarily implies, as an essential, determinant and essential condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Customer of the Steel72 SCP General Sales Conditions in force on the day on which the corresponding order is made. In addition, the Client acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply the application of these conditions to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent request, except in those cases in which new conditions are brought to their notice by Steel72 SCP. The fact that Steel72 SCP does not at any time resort to any of the present conditions can not be interpreted or equivalent to giving up recourse to them in the future or in the past.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all the acts that result from them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions contrary to it.

2- Prices:

The prices published in Steel72 SCP are in Euros and are valid except for a typographical error. All prices include the VAT included on the day of the order, any VAT rate change will be automatically applied to the prices of products for sale in Steel72 SCP

Product offers for sale on Steel72 SCP will be displayed in the "Offers" section or indicated on the product tab and, unless otherwise indicated, will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.

3- Different modes of Payment:

When ordering, the customer can freely choose to pay the purchases made in Steel72 SCP by:

Credit Card

4- Product:

The offers submitted by Steel72 SCP are valid within the limit of available stocks. Steel72 SCP reserves the right to modify the product range based on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.

The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only orientative and do not in any way compromise the seller Steel72 SCP.

5- Shipments:

The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order.

By default, invoices will be sent to the e-mail address indicated by the customer at the time of their registration at Steel72 SCP.

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no delivery or delivery of orders.

Notwithstanding its delay, it will not entail either annulment of the order or compensation.

An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is up to the customer to check the status of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate all anomalies in the delivery receipt.

6- Return and cancellation policies

6-1 Return of goods:

Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased from Steel72 SCP within 7 days from the date of receipt.

You do not have to provide any explanation, any item, purchased in Steel72 SCP, returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without further ado.

Within a maximum of 15 days from receipt of the return, Steel72 SCP agrees to your refund.

Before making the return, you must notify the Customer Service department.

If the reason for the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to the order requested, Steel72 SCP will bear the costs of the return and reissue. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount but not the postage and return costs.

6-2 Order cancellation:

If the cancellation of the order arrives before the goods leave the customer will not have any expenses. In the event of a cancellation after the order's departure, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs and the cost of returning this same order.
